JBA Empowers & units 20,000 Pastors In over 30 regions in Kenya
God led Dr Luke to be respond to the need of Pastors and Church Leaders in Kenya to provide mentorship and education on leadership, Economic empowerment, Birthing and Sustaining Revival and fostering unity in the body of Christ and the nation especially after the post election violence. After identifying this needs and accessing the state of the church and nation , JBA under leadership of Dr Luke received the God given burden and mandate to facilitate and finance regional meetings for Pastors and Church leaders. We therefore maped up the country into 40 regions reaching 210 constituencies and begun to set up regional committees to over the mobilization of leaders towards meetings. To date we have been able to host 32 meetings in Naivasha, Nairobi, Nyeri, Meru, Embu, Machakos, Makueni ( Makindu/ Wote), Voi, Mombasa, Narok, Isinya, Kitengela, Nyahururu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Busia, Kisii, Kisumu, Kakamega, Kitale, Bungoma, Kimilili and Mt Elgon , Kericho reaching over 700 townships. Many town and regional Pastors fellowships were born and unity enhanced and they continue to this day.
By the grace of God this meetings had historic attendance in all regions as per detailed report represented in the icons provided. Visit each of them to specific reports. We seek to conduct this annually with availability of funds. Over 3,000,000 ksh was spent to empower this leaders all funded from JBA. To God be the Glory for providing.

ØRegional leaders confessed that there had never been such meetings before that brought many leaders who were from various denominations and especially enhancing unity through interaction and messages shared. Pastors who had never met along with those with differences reconciled in tears of joy and embracing a new beginning. Other spiritual sons and daughters who had split churches reconciled with their spiritual fathers. We had documentaries of unity and revival that left a permanent mark on the leaders to enhance unity as key revivals and transformations of their regions.
ØMany leaders were motivated on how to be empowered and how to empower their congregations economically through self employment, talent development, church projects, business start ups and development, Professional development, entrepreneurship, enterprise development and poverty eradication. Many Pastors today testify of a great transformation of their life’s and their congregation.
Ø Many leaders testify that their families are happier and healthier after the refresher courses that touched on the family life of a minister highlighting his / her obligation to parenting and affection towards the spouse in having time for each other, Planning holidays and rest.
Ø Leadership dynamics taught in the areas of prayer, giving, serving, discipline, relationships with other, Stewardship, Doctrines, developing reading culture, institutional management and organization, leadership ethics, Excellence, relevance and community empowerment.
ØAs a Training of Trainers Pastors were empowered on how empower and mentor various groups (Youth, Women, Men) and also to minister to various victims of disease (e.g. HIV) , disaster management, project management and administration, administration of rehabilitation centers and children centre. The 20,000 Pastors reached influence 15,000,000 people directly and indirectly.
